This policy explains what personal information we collect through skytheory.com, our crew intake site crew.skytheory.com, and in the course of doing business with clients, crew, and vendors, and how we use and protect it. We use AI-assisted software in our internal operations, for example to summarize inquiries, draft correspondence, and organize scheduling. These tools process our business records on our behalf under the vendors' business terms, which do not permit our data to be used to train their public models. All Skytheory sites use HTTPS. Business records live in access-controlled accounts with two-factor authentication. Only the people who need a record to do their job can see it. We never collect Social Security numbers or full payment card numbers on our own systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell personal information or process it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how we treat your data. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for them.
Our sites and services are for businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
We operate in the United States and process information here. If you contact us from another country, you are sending your information to the U.S., where privacy law may differ from your home country's.
